Refund PolicyPolicy Duration Our refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Non-returnable Items
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, magazines)
- Intimate or sanitary products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
- Gift cards
- Certain health and personal care items
- Helmets and other safety equipment
Partial Refunds (if applicable) Partial refunds may be granted for:
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or with missing parts not due to our error.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refund Process Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company.
- Contact your bank; processing times can vary.

Exchanges We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item, email us at retail@bikesoup.com and send your item to: Bikesoup, Ariel Way, London, W12 7FU, United Kingdom.
Gifts If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value. If it wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
Shipping Returns To return your product, mail it to: Bikesoup, Ariel Way, London, W12 7FU, United Kingdom. You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
In-store Returns In-store items must be refunded in-store and via the original method of payment.
Refunds on Bikes Bike refunds require approval of resellable condition by one of our professional mechanics.

We know plans can change, and we want to make our deposit policy as clear and fair as possible. Here’s what you need to know:
Special Orders
- Minimum 25% Deposit: Special orders require a minimum deposit of 25%.
- Non-Refundable Deposits: This deposit is non-refundable to help us manage inventory and avoid having unwanted stock.
- Store Credit Option: If you decide not to proceed with your special order, we’ll convert your deposit into store credit. You’ll have 12 months to use this credit in our store.
In-Store Items
- Minimum 10% Deposit: In-store items require a minimum deposit of 10%.
- Refundable Deposits: This deposit is fully refundable for up to 6 weeks.
- After 6 Weeks: If you haven’t purchased the item within 6 weeks, your deposit will become store credit, valid for 12 months.
