Refund Policy

Policy Duration Our refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-returnable Items

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Certain health and personal care items
  • Helmets and other safety equipment

Partial Refunds (if applicable) Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or with missing parts not due to our error.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refund Process Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company.
  3. Contact your bank; processing times can vary.

Exchanges We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item, email us at retail@bikesoup.com and send your item to: Bikesoup, Ariel Way, London, W12 7FU, United Kingdom.

Gifts If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value. If it wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

Shipping Returns To return your product, mail it to: Bikesoup, Ariel Way, London, W12 7HB, United Kingdom. You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

In-store Returns In-store items must be refunded in-store and via the original method of payment.

Refunds on Bikes Bike refunds require approval of resellable condition by one of our professional mechanics.

Special Orders

  • Minimum 25% Deposit: Special orders require a minimum deposit of 25%.
  • Non-Refundable Deposits: This deposit is non-refundable to help us manage inventory and avoid having unwanted stock.
  • Store Credit Option: If you decide not to proceed with your special order, we’ll convert your deposit into store credit. You’ll have 12 months to use this credit in our store.

In-Store Items

  • Minimum 10% Deposit: In-store items require a minimum deposit of 10%.
  • Refundable Deposits: This deposit is fully refundable for up to 6 weeks.
  • After 6 Weeks: If you haven’t purchased the item within 6 weeks, your deposit will become store credit, valid for 12 months.

The Force AXS road collection is riding at its finest. With its one-piece 2x front chainrings and a new front derailleur cage design, Force brings a new level of precision to front shifts. Add to that sophisticated carbon finishes and refined shift/brake ergonomics, and it's no wonder Force is at home on the world's most inspiring bikes, out there on the world's most epic roads.

Force XPLR AXS changes the equation for terrain that has ever-changing variables. With its wide range 10-44T cassette compatibility, whatever you get into, you're good. It's the group that's more adept than ever before, for riders defining gravel for themselves.

For precise front shifts, angle is everything. Force AXS features a Yaw cage design that rotates as it shifts to provide access to the full cassette range without rub. Yaw eliminates the need for shifter trim, enabling the most direct and precise front shifts no matter where you are on the cassette.

Force's integrated chainring design eliminates flex and ring deflection during hard shifts, while simultaneously decreasing overall weight. Proof that less can deliver exponentially more.

Refined shifter paddle shape offers more versatility and clearance for all hand positions, whether paired with traditional road drops or flared, new-school gravel bars.

A slimmer hood shape works more comfortably with a wider range of hand sizes, while unidirectional carbon brake levers offer a stiffer feel, retaining hidden reach adjustment to better fit your hands.

Whatever the tempo or terrain, you'll find your perfect cadence with Force. 10-28, 10-30, 10-33 and 10-36 cassettes feature more 1-tooth progressions than any other cassettes out there, providing you the control to fine tune your effort.

The 440% range of the XPLR cassette provides smooth gear progressions on variable terrain, while tight jumps on the high end ensure you can still drill it on asphalt when the time comes. For riders tackling steep gravel climbs, the 520% range of the Eagle 1x cassette means you've got the gears to do it. For even more versatility, the Force 43/30T 2x crankset opens the doors to all sorts of all-road possibilities.

With Reach Adjustment, no matter your hand size, finger length, or positioning preference, brake feel is always yours to define.
